Maxwell Edison is a Real Estate Development and Investment Manager of Maylan Projects Development. He is part of the real estate executives responsible for the funding, strategic planning, and sales and marketing of Maylan’s real estate projects in Thailand, Kenya, and the US.
Prior to joining the Maylan Group, Mr. Edison founded his own realty company in 2011 and its investment division in 2015, a successful real estate company providing professional real estate services for clients in the State of North Carolina. Mr. Edison oversees the company’s day to day operations, financial management and customer services with global connection and a competitive edge.
In addition to providing real estate services, Mr. Edison has participated in numerous real estate development projects in the US and internationally, performing various leading roles, including Executive Manager, Marketing and Sales Manager, Financial Strategist, and Investment Manager. In these roles, he was responsible for capital fundraising, budgeting, strategic planning, and management of the projects.
Mr. Edison successfully developed numerous real estate investment projects catering to foreign investors participating in the US EB-5 an EB-2 Immigrant Investor Programs to invest in US properties for the purpose of obtaining US permanent residence status.
Mr. Edison has served as Business Operations Manager and Investment Strategist in implementing and managing multiple Covid-19 testing sites since 2019 in Georgia, North Carolina, and California states in the US.
Mr. Edison is an active citizen in his local community, providing free real estate and educational seminars, professional development, career coaching, and other volunteer work to the community.
Mr. Edison holds Bachelor Degrees in health sciences and biology from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro.
